Program Information

All Shape Shift memberships are designed to provide women with structure, accountability, support, and a personalised fitness journey tailored to their goals. Our Fat Loss, Toning, and PCOS programs include training support, progress guidance, and 24/7 access to your assigned coach for any questions, support, or advice throughout your journey. Please note that nutritional support is not included within these programs. However, clients who would like personalised nutrition coaching can purchase a separate 30 Day Nutrition Plan at an exclusive 25% discounted rate when combined with any training program. Clients purchasing only the nutrition plan without a membership will pay full price. Each 30 Day Nutrition Plan is fully personalised to the client’s goals, body, lifestyle, dietary preferences, routine, and food choices to create a realistic and sustainable approach that works specifically for them. The 30 Day Challenge is different from the training programs and includes both daily check ins and full nutritional support throughout the challenge to maximise results, accountability, and consistency.
