Roberta created Shape Shift to challenge the one size fits all fitness industry after spending years living and breathing discipline, performance, and self development. As a former GB athlete in Judo and a black belt who has trained for most of her life, she learned early on that true strength goes far beyond appearance. It’s built through resilience, confidence, consistency, and the way you carry yourself when life gets difficult. After years of intense training, competing, pushing limits, and spending countless hours both on the mat and in the gym, Roberta began to understand something powerful about women’s fitness and confidence: most women don’t struggle because they are incapable, they struggle because nobody has taught them how to train in a way that empowers them mentally and physically at the same time. Shape Shift was built from that understanding. This isn’t about toxic fitness culture, unrealistic standards, or punishing workouts. It’s about helping women become stronger, more confident, more disciplined, and more comfortable in their own skin while creating a body composition that reflects the work they put in. Through years of experience in martial arts, strength training, mindset development, and women’s coaching, Roberta has learned how deeply confidence and physical transformation are connected. When a woman feels strong physically, it changes the way she walks into rooms, handles pressure, sets boundaries, and sees herself.
